Vice president election: EC finalises electoral college; poll necessitated after Jagdeep Dhankar’s resignation

The Election Commission has completed the electoral college list for the upcoming Vice Presidential election in 2025. This follows Jagdeep Dhankhar’s resignation from the Vice President post. The list includes elected and nominated members of Rajya Sabha and elected members of Lok Sabha. The official notification for the election is expected soon.
